we must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product, however, if for any reason you wish to return a product, all purchases are covered by our 7 day exchange or refund promise. You must notify our office within 7 days if you wish to return any items. If you return the product in its original condition including labels & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or replace with an item of the same value.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item . When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within four weeks of our receiving your return.
All items are sent normal airmail, if insured track and trace is required this is available at an extra cost, please contact us prior to payment to arrange an alternate invoice with the adjusted cost of shipment. Any item not sent insured shipping is sent entirely at risk of customer and we are not held responsible for items lost in transit and no replacement or refund will be sent.
